Week 12: Just in time for Baby Wipes (80% savings)
First of all, I’m sorry for not having my 2 previous weeks shopping trips posted here. Those 2 weeks were 80% saving trips in Fry’s.
Anyway, I visited Albertson’s earlier because of their Anniversary/P&G Promo;

Entries must be submitted by Aug. 18th and the winners notified by August 25th. The winner of the Albertsons $100 gift card will be entered to win FREE Groceries for 1 year. Winners notified by August 28th.
I’ve been waiting for baby wipes sale since I only have 1 box left. So when I saw that Albertson’s is having this kind of promo for this week, I collected my pamper wipes coupons from my coupon bin. Another good thing about this promo is the 5 FREE Movies from Redbox. Here’s my plan for this shopping trip; (please click image to enlarge)
These are some important notes in that plan;
- Kool-Aid coupon Y232 is $2 off on any brand of sugar when you purchased 10 packs. Considered Free Kool-Aid but need to purchase sugar (any brand, any size)
- Trident is my “filler” items for such transaction. I need to come up on $50 amount of purchase (in reference of sale price), so I can use my Kmart’s $5 off coupon. Anyway, I don’t have anymore stocks of trident.
- They run out of Pampers 212ct, if I’ll do rain check I may not get the P&G deals.Since the coupon is expiring the next day,I just decided to get those 60ct. It’s still a good deal though.
Following that plan, using the Kmart & Walgreen coupons and bringing my own grocery bags, I end up on paying $29.66 for$89.40 worth of items. It’s a 67% savings.
But savings didn’t stop there, upon printing of my receipt I got these catalina coupons – 5 Free Redbox movie (worth $5),$5 Off on any items (courtesy of P&G) ,$2 off on any items (courtesy of Purex) & $2 off on five General Mills Cereals. I considered the Redbox & $7 off (on next purchase) as cash back. So,its like I’m down to 80% savings!
