Week 13: Just in time for Ice Cream (82% savings)
It’s been 2 weeks now that store’s promo/sales are making me super excited.
Well, last week I was so happy with P&G promo and was able to get good deal on wipes. I consumed all my coupons for wipes, since I only have 1 box left in my stock room of baby rooms. And from the very first day I joined Coupon Sense, I promised to myself not to purchase items without coupon or not in good deal.
For this week, my family is quite worried that we only have 1 ice cream left in our freezer and it’s about in its last serving! Then yesterday, Albertson’s released their store ad that includes Buy-4-Save-$4 in Blue Bunny Ice Cream. The same sale I got on my Week 6 Shopping.
For this shopping trip, Walgreens’ coupons were able to give me more savings as well. Walgreens released $5 off coupon forany purchased of $25 items. Also, I have some Register Reward coupons I collected from some the “money maker” items for this week. To give you clearer picture of my deal, here’s my plan;
Here are some important notes on that plan;
- Blue Bunny $1 Off Coupon is still available. Check this SITE.
- Blue Bunny $1.50 off coupon was sent to me by email. Register in Blue Bunny to get coupons in the future.
- “Filler Items” are my items to complete certain amount of purchase in order to use $ off coupon. For this plan I need to have $25 items (after all manufacturer coupons) so I can use my $5 Off Walgreens Coupon.
- Albertson’s here in Arizona accepts competitors’ coupons. Check your local Albertsons, if this policy is good to them.Check further details HERE.
- Walgreens $5 off coupon should expires today. Lucky you! They extended the sweepstake up to Saturday – Aug 8! Get coupon HERE.
- Other coupon codes are based on Coupon Sense. Check BE A SMART SHOPPER page, to learn more about Coupon Sense.
Unfortunately my original plan of $6 filler items turned to more than $10 fruits.I just love buying fruits & since its summer, we have this regular fruit shake after a meal. I forgot to include Banana in the picture.
Savings didn’t stop there. If you got coupon inserts last Sunday, you’ll surely have this $10-MAIL-IN-REBATE form from Kellogg’s & Keebler. They have this promo where in you just need to purchase 10 any Kellogg’s & Keebler items and you will receive $10 check rebate & $70 worth of coupons from DELL. You just need to fill-up the form, attach proof of purchased & mail them on the specified address.
Once I got my $10 cheque rebate from Kellogg’s, its like my total for this transaction is down to $3.38. A clear 96% savings!
